History Limousine

Name of “limousine” happened from France. It is province Limosene in France. Shepherds used clothing with hoods, blankets for protection from bad weather. Later similar blankets used at carts for protection passengers from bad weather. This gave a certain status for owners carts. Later, similar roof was lay not only passengers but also the driver. Around at 1908 year at covered wagons and covered stretcher which used in pre-revolutionary France was created a first limousine. After cowered wagons and stretches limousine horse drawn was very popular. First limousine was Model-T. It was planning by Henry Ford, and was one of the first car for sale in mass. Year later manufacturers as DUESENBERG, CADILLAC, PIERCE-ARROW amounted competition for Ford.
